Nuvolo - Mobile Platform Redesign

Lead the platform UX/UI redesign of Nuvolo's enterprise mobile application with a new, modern UI and an improved user experience.

Add ServiceNow Instance

To access all of Nuvolo’s mobile application features, users must first connect to their company’s ServiceNow Instance. Users can quickly type in the Instance URL, switch to their company’s Custom Domain, and add a Nickname for the instance for ease of reference.

Sign in

Nuvolo’s mobile redesign allows for organizations to configure their sign in screens with the following functionalities:
Standard Sign In
Biometrics Sign In (Face ID, Fingerprint Scanner, etc.)
Single Sign On

Main Navigation - Hamburger Menu

The “Hamburger Menu” allows users to navigate to any of Nuvolo’s dozens of modules from anywhere in the application as well as access to the user’s list of favorited pages, the application settings, and sign out. The user can also quickly check the status of their associated records by checking the bottom of the Menu where record status is indicated.

Main User Interface

Based on Nuvolo’s own design standards, I modified and enhanced the Mobile UI design standards for a better experience for mobile users as well as for developers utilizing React Native components.
Just for the mobile application, I designed a simple and sleek bottom tab navigation. Nuvolo products are highly configurable by our clients and some modules can have many associated pages. This design allows for users to quickly traverse these pages without overwhelming the visual real estate.

Light & Dark Themes

Designed the Nuvolo Dark Theme based on the standard Nuvolo Light Theme design. This was to not only create a tailored experience for users who prefer a dark themed mobile application, but also increases battery life which is essential for users that are often working away from a charging station for long periods of time.
